In a move that demonstrates a commitment to fairness and valuing the contributions of referees, the President of Kombat Taekwondo, Rick Shin, said: “I am proud to announce that our Kombat Taekwondo referees will NOT be charged for seminars or annual membership dues. After all, no one pays to be trained for a company they’re hired for, right? Some referees will be appointed as Technical Delegates of Kombat Taekwondo and will share in the event profits.”
