The Seminar to certify new international Poomsae referees, the refresher course for Poomsae referees and the joint practice for coaches of the specialty were satisfactorily carried out in Queretaro, Mexico.

With a first level structure, these three activities were carried out jointly by WT and the Panamerican Taekwondo Union, with the intention of preparing more referees, updating those already certified and in a historical way, coaches from all over the region were also invited to be part of the seminar and to interact with referees and educators of the World Taekwondo in order to standardize criteria in the discipline.

With World Taekwondo educators, and intensive days of practice, theory, and dynamics for the learning of participants, the seminar and refresher course ended with an evaluation that had three parts, theoretical, scoring, and practical performance of Poomsae.

In the words of the WT educators, the participants were participative and receptive to all the guidelines, seeing with good eyes the future new referees and the willingness to expand and update the knowledge by the referees in search of refresher.
