Next January 17 and 18, 2024, in Queretaro, Mexico, Poomsae coaches will have the opportunity to participate in an intensive practice that will allow the standardization of teaching and scoring criteria of the specialty.

Looking to provide the same opportunities for the entire family, the Pan American Taekwondo Union led by its president Juan Manuel Lopez, will have the goodwill to conduct an intensive practice where coaches will be able to share with WT referees and educators, with the intention of unifying teaching and scoring criteria in Poomsae.

“We are pleased to have achieved this important opportunity in the development of Poomsae. On this occasion, not only the referees will be educated, but the coaches of national teams, state or regional teams will have the opportunity to join this two-day lecture by WT, so that they can take to their countries the same guidelines that the referees have at the time of scoring, and thus the level of athletes and competitions will be equalized for the benefit of all MNAs,” said Juan Manuel Lopez, president of PATU.

Registration is now open through the platform: wt.uptkd.com and will cost USD. 120.

The workshop will be held at the Hotel Holiday Inn Centro Histórico in Querétaro and a diploma of certification and participation will be awarded at the end of the event.

Places are limited so it is necessary to register as soon as possible.

PATU continues the search for excellence at all levels of Taekwondo development.
